Shipping Information

• Krazy Kat Music's primary method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS). It is the safest and most economical method of shipping within the continental United States.  UPS is not able to deliver to Post Office boxes.  We need a complete street address (including apartment number, if needed). Shipments to PO Boxes, including APO/FPO will be made via the US Postal Service.
• Shipping Time: We usually ship the day we receive your order if we receive it before 2:00 p.m. Central Time on a weekday (other than a holiday).
• International Shipments:  Krazy Kat Music is more than happy to ship outside the continental United States.  We normally use UPS, but alternate shipping arraingments can be made at the time of ordering.   ALL additional shipping charges as well as all duty and custom charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We offer three methods of UPS shipping which are listed below. You can select your shipping method when place your order.
  
  
  • Ground - This is the least expensive method. After we process your order and send it out, the shipping time (transit time) will range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your shipping address.
  • Second Day Air (Additional Charge) - This is more expensive than UPS Ground. After we process your order and send it out, the shipping time (transit time) will be 2 business days.
  • Next Day Air (Additional Charge) - This is the most expensive shipping method. After we process your order and send it out, it will arrive at your shipping address the next business day.
